Volkov PMC is a semi-serious Arma 3 milsim community focused on immersive, tactical gameplay without sacrificing enjoyment. We emphasize leadership development, teamwork, and realistic decision-making while avoiding excessive bureaucracy or mandatory attendance requirements. Operating primarily as a modern Private Military Company, Volkov offers players the opportunity to develop their skills in command, infantry tactics, reconnaissance, logistics, and support roles within a structured but welcoming environment.
