TWS is a community that stands on 3 foundational principles. "Take the game serious, not yourself. Zero ego. Rising tides raise all ships." With this we've created a community that focuses on teamwork and cohesion over K/D or personal scores. The end state is to take real world tactics and apply them to the gaming world as best we can without making it an overload of a second job.
