We operate with a unit structure and therefore expect attendance where possible but at a minimum, we set a 50% attendance rate. This allows everyone to always have a full team, good cohesion and be the best they can be.
We require basic English due to the majority of Operators speaking English. We are inclusive and will not discriminate at all, we will always try to make it work. We host operators from all over the world, from Africa to America and everything in between. This is a safe and fun environment for all.
