Task Force Arrowhead is a realism-focused Arma milsim unit founded by military veterans who wanted to recreate the professionalism, structure, and brotherhood they missed after leaving active service. What started as a small group of like-minded players has developed into a disciplined task force built around teamwork, accountability, and solid tactical gameplay. Modeled after modern U.S. SOCOM organization and doctrine, Task Force Arrowhead operates as a joint task force with an emphasis on clear communication, small-unit tactics, and coordinated air-ground operations. We aim to maintain a professional environment without losing sight of the fact that this is a game meant to be enjoyed by committed players. Our unit provides a structured progression path for members who want to invest their time and improve. We maintain a defined rank system, offer school qualifications, and provide opportunities to move into specialized roles across the task force. Whether your goal is to serve as a line operator, step into leadership, or pursue aviation or support positions, there is room to grow based on performance and reliability. We are actively recruiting players who value teamwork, maturity, and consistency. Prior service and milsim experience are welcomed but not required — willingness to learn and contribute to the team matters most.
