Training requirements are handled on a case-by-case basis. We expect all members to demonstrate maturity and maintain respect for others at all times.
Task Force Thunder does not use traditional military ranks, as we believe those titles are reserved for individuals who have earned them through real-world service. However, we do utilize leadership billets such as Squad Leader (SQL) and Team Leader (TL). Members are expected to respect these roles, follow instructions, and operate within the established chain of command during training and operations.
