Members upon entering declare whether they are Active Duty Component, Reserve Component, or Guard Component. Active Duty is 1 Op 1 Training every week, Reserve is 1 Op 1 Training every 2 weeks, Guard is 1 Op 1 Training once a month
Upon entering members are required to make a quick intro post using a template provided in the server. They will also be contacted about when they are available to conduct their initial entry training.
