# Attendance Policy All members are expected to maintain consistent activity and participate in scheduled operations whenever possible. **Requirements** * Attend official operations and training sessions whenever available. * Notify leadership in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled event. * Maintain respectful communication regarding absences. * Members inactive for more than 30 days without notice may be removed from the unit roster. * Repeated unexcused absences may result in rank review or removal from leadership positions. Real life always comes first. We understand that work, school, and family commitments are important. We simply ask members to communicate with leadership when they cannot attend.

* Discord membership is required for announcements, operations, and communication.
