STG focuses on coordinated hardcore Arma gameplay with a professional but grounded standard. We value reliable execution, clear communication, and team cohesion over loud personalities or inflated titles. To keep things engaging, we also include a light layer of roleplay and lore. If you are experienced, mature, and looking for a group that takes teamwork seriously without overcomplicating things, you are welcome to apply. We are careful about who we bring in, but the goal is a solid team environment, not ego or hierarchy. We also play other games together outside of Arma, including titles beyond tactical shooters.
