Order of the Spear is a PMC Style Group that I am hoping to put together. OOTS utilizes a Decentralized Command Structure and intends on being a serious MilSim Group, without the needlessly heavy handed "Chain of Command" stuff. Players are expected to work within Small Units effectively without necessarily having a "Supervisor"
I am looking for experienced Players in Hardcore Shooters only. There is no Training Phase, only an Evaluation Phase utilizing Kill houses in-Game. The Group is brand new, so applications are very open and will be widely accepted for the time being, permitting minimum requirements are meant.
I am looking for passionate individuals to take up Roles such as "Instructor" where you will Evaluate Applicants and accept/deny them based on internal qualifiers. I primarily play Ground Branch, OPERATOR, and Ready or Not, but do sometimes play other Games such as Reforger.
