Tactical Development & Evaluation Squadron 2 serve as the squadron responsible for screening candidates for membership. Naval Special Warfare Milsim Community is focused on developing operators from foundational SEAL training through the BUD/S pipeline in preparation for a Green Team Selection if deem a good fit.
What we seek:
* Individuals who want to train. Tactical development and evaluation are the foundation.
* Individuals are motivated but also humble enough to conduct structured training with emphasis on fundamentals and repetition.
* Complex operations with multiple phases require training not just “let me grab a kit & wing it”
* This is a TEAM environment meaning prioritizing the mission and team over individual performance
* There are no individual victories in a team operation
