# Attendance Policy To maintain an organized and reliable unit, all members are expected to remain reasonably active and communicate their availability. * Members should participate in unit operations, training sessions, or community activities on a regular basis whenever possible. * If you know you will be inactive for an extended period (7 days or more), notify a member of leadership in advance whenever possible. * Real life always comes first. We understand that work, school, family, and personal responsibilities take priority. Communication is all we ask. * Members who are inactive without notice for an extended period may be moved to the Reserve roster or removed from the unit to make room for active recruits. * Consistent participation demonstrates commitment and may be considered when selecting members for promotions, leadership positions, and specialized teams. * Habitual no-shows for scheduled operations without communication may result in disciplinary action at the discretion of leadership. Our goal is not to demand constant activity but to maintain a dependable team that members can count on. As long as you communicate with leadership and remain respectful of the unit, we'll work with you.
# Additional Requirements
* Members must demonstrate maturity, respect, and professionalism at all times while representing the unit.
* A working microphone and the ability to communicate clearly during operations are strongly preferred.
* Members are expected to follow the chain of command during missions and unit events.
* Teamwork takes priority over individual recognition. Success is achieved by working together.
* Exploiting, cheating, modding, or using unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited.
* Toxic behavior, harassment, discrimination, or unnecessary drama will not be tolerated.
* Members must treat allies, clients, and fellow players with respect, even during hostile operations.
* Operational information, tactics, and internal discussions should remain confidential unless authorized by leadership.
* Members are expected to maintain a professional appearance when participating in official unit operations, including using approved uniforms, vehicles, and equipment when required.
* Have fun. While we take our organization seriously, we're here to create an enjoyable environment where players can relax, make friends, and enjoy GTA Online together.
