The Joint Crisis Intervention Command (JCIC) is a multinational, rapidly deployable operational command established under NATO authority to conduct crisis response operations in regions experiencing state failure, institutional collapse, or severe destabilisation. JCIC is tasked with the immediate projection of stabilisation forces in order to restore security, enable governance structures, and support humanitarian operations in contested or degraded environments.
