Attendance & Participation Expectations At Helios Black, we understand that real life comes first. We do not enforce strict attendance quotas for general members, but we expect reliability, accountability, and clear communication. Members are expected to respond to scheduled operations and training events, attend when committed, and notify leadership when plans change. Extended absences can be accommodated through a Leave of Absence (LOA). Specialized units and leadership positions carry higher participation expectations. Our standard is simple: Show up when you say you will. Communicate when you cannot. Never leave your team guessing. Reliability matters. Communication is essential. Real life is respected.
