The Department of Military Simulation (DoMS) is a multi-service MILSIM organization currently under development and in the planning phase. Inspired by the organizational concept of the U.S. Department of Defense, DoMS serves as the highest level of the community, with the United States Army, United States Navy, and United States Air Force forming its three primary service components and all subordinate commands and units organized beneath them. The project will emphasize structured realism, professional leadership, progressive training, joint operations, and scalable military organization while adapting real-world concepts to create an enjoyable MILSIM experience. DoMS will grow deliberately, activating new commands and units as membership and operational requirements develop rather than creating unnecessary headquarters or empty positions.
