You must have enough storage space for the modpack (80+ Gigabytes). You must be able to meet the unit schedule regularly. You are expected to at least one event per week. Any absences must be clearly communicated to a member of the Directing Staff, or the host of the event. You must have a legal copy of ARMA 3. You must have a working microphone. You must speak fluent English. You must have a stable computer and a stable internet connection. You must have a basic understanding of the game, and of ACE. Minimum of 100 Hours. Experience in at least one other unit.
