Combat Applications Group Realism Milsim operates as a structured special operations organization built around two complementary elements. B-Squadron serves as our Tier One, three-troop-sized direct-action element, specializing in Direct Action, Hostage Rescue, High-Value Target (HVT) Takedowns, and Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE). Supporting B-Squadron is our 75th Ranger-style platoon, designed to provide the conventional combat power and battlefield support necessary to enable successful special operations. The platoon specializes in Support by Fire (SBF), Raids, Artillery, Armored Operations, and Logistics Support, working alongside B-Squadron to establish conditions for mission success. Together, these elements provide a realistic and immersive force structure that allows members to experience both highly specialized Tier One operations and the broader combat-support roles required to execute complex missions.
