Members are expected to attend at least 2 official operations or training sessions per month, with a minimum attendance rate of 75%. Members who are unable to attend should notify their chain of command in advance. Repeated unexplained absences may result in administrative action or removal from the unit
Applicants are expected to maintain a professional and mature attitude at all times. Teamwork, discipline, communication and adherence to the chain of command are mandatory. All members must be willing to participate in mandatory training, follow unit SOPs and procedures, and use the required communications and administrative systems. Applicants must have a working microphone and be able to communicate clearly during operations. A willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism is required. Real-life commitments always take priority; however, members are expected to communicate their availability and maintain an active presence within the unit
