The Aevox Trauma Response Group (ATRG) is a specialized combat search and rescue (CSAR) and medical exfiltration unit operating across high-threat battlefields. Engineered to bridge the gap between heavy tactical infantry and critical battlefield care, ATRG deploys dedicated rotor-wing assets directly into active contested zones to stabilize, defend, and extract friendly forces under fire.
Whether inserting under heavy mortars or establishing a forward casualty collection point in hostile territory, ATRG operators are trained to secure the ground, administer critical casualty care, and execute rapid dust-offs to ensure no warfighter is left behind.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Tactical Dust-Off & Aerial Evacuation: Rapid hot-LZ insertions using armed transport and transport helicopters to retrieve casualties straight from the front lines.
Combat Casualty Care (CCC): Frontline combat medics equipped to treat trauma, stabilize critically wounded personnel on site, and manage patients during flight.
Armed LZ Security: Pararescue personnel trained in immediate perimeter defense, suppressive fire, and tactical smoke deployment to secure volatile landing zones.
Medevac Command & Dispatch: Coordinated air-to-ground radio communication to route birds directly to units requiring emergency medical aid.
