The 5th Special Forces Group enforces a strict attendance policy designed to maintain the high level of realism, discipline, and commitment required for our multi-week training pipeline. Real life always comes first, so absences for work, school, family, or health are fully excused as long as they are communicated in advance. Active-duty operators and pipeline candidates are required to attend all scheduled training blocks and operations; missing a scheduled course without notice will result in being rolled back to the beginning of that training phase or dropped from the cycle. For extended absences lasting longer than seven days, members must formally submit a Leave of Absence request, while those with permanently unpredictable schedules can request a transfer to the Reserves. Unexcused absences are treated as Absence Without Leave, where a first offense results in a verbal warning, a second offense leads to a written reprimand and operational suspension, and a third offense results in a formal discharge from the unit.
To enter the 5th Special Forces Group pipeline, applicants must own a legal copy of Arma Reforger, possess a clear, working microphone, and maintain a stable internet connection for modded servers. Behaviorally, we require a mature attitude, strict discipline, and a total commitment to our official schedule and 8+ week training timeline. Candidates must respect the chain of command, follow all community rules, and complete a mandatory screening interview. While real-world military or prior milsim leadership experience is not required, it is highly valued and will fast-track qualified individuals into open Game Master, instructor, or command staff positions.
