The Golden Rule, Real Life Always Comes First (RLCF). Just react in attendance memos or tell leadership.
1. Age & Maturity (14+)
The 14+ Rule: We welcome players 14 and older. While we appreciate the energy of younger tankers, we require a level of maturity that fits a tactical environment.
Respect the Chain of Command: You don't have to call anyone "Sir," but you do need to listen to your Tank Commander (TC) during operations.
Zero Tolerance for Toxicity: No bullying, no drama, and no "rage-quitting.
2. Technical & Communication
Working Mic & Discord: You must be able to hear orders and speak clearly.
The Modset: You must be able to install and update the unit’s required modpack.
Stable Connection.
3. The "Armor First" Mindset
Start in the Seat: New recruits (14+) usually start as Drivers or Loaders. This is how you learn how the Battalion moves.
Gunnery School: Before you get to pull the trigger on a 120mm cannon in a main op, you’ll need to pass a quick "Gunnery Range" check to show you know your ranges and ammo types.
Land Nav Basics: You don't need to be a scout, but you should know how to read a map grid.
