The 20th Special Forces Group Milsim in Arma is built around realism, professionalism, and authentic Special Forces doctrine. Led by an Army veteran, the unit focuses on disciplined teamwork, real-world tactics, and mission planning modeled after actual Special Forces operations. Members train and operate as an Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA), conducting missions such as unconventional warfare, direct action, and special reconnaissance in a structured but welcoming environment for players who want a serious and immersive experience.

Members are expected to attend all mandatory trainings, operations, and meetings unless excused by leadership. If you cannot attend, notify your chain of command as early as possible with the reason for your absence. Unexcused absences, repeated lateness, or failure to communicate may result in counseling, probation, loss of position, or removal from the unit. Real life comes first, but communication and accountability are required at all times.
