For now, we are NOT recruiting regular enlisted members. We are specifically looking for motivated individuals to fill our Command and Staff structure before public recruitment begins.

WHAT WE EXPECT
Leadership candidates should be:
• Mature and professional
• Reliable and active
• Able to lead and communicate effectively
• Comfortable working within a chain of command
• Willing to develop SOPs, training, and unit standards
• Able to work with other leadership
• Dedicated to building the unit long-term
You don't have to be perfect or know everything. We're looking for people who are willing to learn, contribute, and take ownership of their position.
